When can I expect to receive my Gift Card package?

Once payment is received and cleared as well as the signed corporate bulk order agreement than the Gift Cards are processed and shipped via UPS, which typically takes two days from processing. We suggest wire transfers for large purchases; this option will expedite the order processing and ensure that you receive your cards in a quick and efficient manner.

What is the minimum number of Gift Cards that can be shipped and delivered?

The minimum order is 10 Gift Cards for all corporate bulk orders.

Can you ship outside of the United States?

No, we do not offer shipping or delivery of GiftCards.com™ Visa® Debit Gift Cards outside of the United States.

Is a signature required for UPS deliveries?

Yes, UPS requires a signature for all UPS deliveries.

What are the costs to ship in bulk?

What type of shipping method do you offer for corporate customers?

All bulk orders are shipped via UPS to ensure tracking and delivery of gift cards, due to the number of gift cards being shipped in one package.

Can I purchase the specialty plastics and greeting cards in bulk?

Yes, you can purchase the custom packages in bulk, which is a minimum of 10 gift cards per bulk order purchase. You can do this by signing up for a corporate account and using our easy online corporate section for ordering or contacting us directly to purchase in bulk. Please note each bulk order can only contain one type of specialty plastic purchase, therefore, if you are in need of 10 Birthday packages and 10 Holiday packages this would be considered two separate orders.

Can I purchase one of the 5 designed plastics separately from the greeting card?

No, we have paired the specialty plastics with a greeting card to match and can not split the packaging.

What is the cost for the "all in one" specialty plastic and greeting card package?

The GiftCards.com™ Combination Package combines a specialty plastic with a matching greeting card that allows for a customized message in the inside cover of the greeting card.

How many types of "all in one" specialty plastic and greeting card packages do you carry?

We currently offer 7 "all in one" specialty plastic and greeting card packages, which include: Birthday, Love, Thank you, Congratulations, as well as 3 different Holiday packages. In addition to our greeting card packages we also offer a standard (one time load) gift card as well as an ATM card.

Does my GiftCards.com ATM Visa Gift Card have a PIN?

Yes, if you have purchased or were given a GiftCards.com™ ATM Visa® Gift Card a PIN is required. To identify if you have a GiftCards.com™ ATM Visa® Gift Card please refer to the back of your gift card. If your gift card displays the Cirrus and Interlink logo than the gift card is a GiftCards.com™ ATM Visa® Gift Card.

How much cash can I withdrawal from an ATM when using my GiftCards.com ATM Visa Gift Card?

You may withdrawal up to $150 per day using the GiftCards.com™ Visa® ATM gift card. Funds cannot be withdrawn beyond the available balance.

Can I add funds to my GiftCards.com ATM Gift Card?

No, you can NOT add funds to the GiftCards.com™ ATM Visa® Gift Card.

How do I obtain my PIN?

Once you are in receipt of your GiftCards.com™ ATM Visa® Gift Card you need to activate your card by registering your ATM Gift Card online at www.giftcards.com Once you have registered your gift card your PIN number will be displayed, please make a note of this number and keep it in a secure place for future reference. If you forget your PIN you can request another PIN by simply going to your online account and choosing the option to obtain a new PIN. A $0.50 fee is applied to the gift card for all new PIN requests.

Is there a fee per transaction when using my GiftCards.com ATM Visa Gift Card?

Yes, a $0.35 is assessed to your Gift Card upon each signature-based transaction. There is a $0.50 for each PIN based transaction.

Can I check my remaining balance on a GiftCards.com ATM Visa Gift Card?

Yes you can check the balance on a GiftCards.com™ ATM Visa® Gift Card. Inquiries can be made at an ATM machine that displays the Cirrus and or Interlink logo. The cost is $1.00 per balance inquiry and is deducted directly from the GiftCards.com™ Visa® ATM card.

Can I change my PIN?

Yes, you can change your PIN at any point by requesting a PIN change, you can do this by logging into your online account and submitting the appropriate request online. A new PIN will be generated and a fee will be assessed to your gift card, the fee is $0.50 per PIN change.

Can I obtain cash back from a register?

Yes, you can obtain cash back from a merchant location that displays the Cirrus or Interlink logo. A $3.25 Cash Advance Fee is assessed to your GiftCards.com™ ATM Gift Card per cash advance transaction.

At which ATM machines can I use my GiftCards.com Visa ATM Card?

You can use your ATM card at virtually any ATM machine that bears the Cirrus and Interlink logo.

Can my GiftCards.com ATM Visa Gift Card be used at international ATM's?

Yes, you can use your GiftCards.com™ ATM Visa® Gift Card at any ATM location that displays the Cirrus or Interlink logo worldwide. Fees are associated to both domestic and international withdrawals and are as follows: $3.25 per each Domestic ATM Withdrawal $5.00 per each International ATM Withdrawal

What happens if my GiftCards.com ATM Visa Gift Card is lost or stolen?

You need to contact us immediately if any type of GiftCards.com™ Gift Card has been lost or stolen. To Report a Lost/Stolen VISA card contact our toll-free number at (877) 944-3822. Our customer support team is available 24/7. Please provide as much information as possible. GiftCards.com™ will conduct a complete investigation and will close the gift card immediately.

Can I use the GiftCards.com gift card at an ATM to withdrawal money?

Yes you can withdrawal cash from and ATM machine if you purchased or were given a GiftCards.com™ Visa® ATM gift card that bears the Cirrus or Interlink logo on the backside of the gift card. GiftCards.com™ will deduct a $3.25 service charge for each withdrawal, please note the institution that owns the terminal (or the network) may also assess a fee (surcharge) at the time of your transaction, including balance inquiries. Your withdrawal limit is $150 per day and not to exceed the value of the card.

Why did I get locked out from using the ATM?

You have 3 attempts at using your GiftCards.com™ ATM Visa® Gift Card at ATM locations, if you do not know your PIN and attempt to withdrawal funds the ATM will lock your account for security purposes. Your account will not be available for 24 hours thereafter. You may obtain your PIN from your account that you have created online when registering and activating your GiftCards.com™ ATM Visa® Gift Card.

What are the benefits of purchasing a GiftCards.com ATM Visa Gift Card?

ATM cards provide give you a convenient way to get cash and check how much money you have in your gift card. ATMs make cash available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at many locations. You can use ATMs that display the Cirrus or Interlink logo which are located at several bank locations as well grocery and drug stores, office buildings, and street corners across the United States and worldwide. ATM cards can often be used to buy things. When you buy something using your ATM card, the money is taken directly from your Gift Card. Some stores allow you to get cash back from your gift card when you buy something with your GiftCards.com™ ATM Visa® Gift card.

What is an ATM Card?

An ATM card is a plastic card that looks like a credit card. It allows you to do the same things at a bank machine or Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) as you would at a bank. You can get cash, check account balances, and receive a copy of your statement--all electronically--by using your ATM card and the password to your account, which is called your Personal Identification Number, or PIN.

What is the GiftCards.com Visa Debit Gift Card?

It is a prepaid Visa® Debit Gift Card that you can give as a gift or use yourself to purchase from millions of locations worldwide where Visa® Debit Gift Cards are accepted! The GiftCards.com™ Visa® Gift Card is a prepaid debit card - not a credit card. We have three types of Gift Cards available. 1) The standard Gift Card that has a one-time load value, once the funds are depleted from the Gift Card or the Gift Card has reached its two-year expiration from issue it is no longer valid. Minimum value of the Gift Card is $25.00 The Standard Gift Card does NOT have the ability to add additional funds to it, and it can NOT be used at an ATM or Cirrus/Interlink location. 2) Specialty plastic and greeting card to match is our all in one Gift Card package solution. This Gift Card is also a one time load valued Gift Card, once the funds are depleted or the Gift Card has reached it's two-year expiration from issue it is no longer valid. Minimum value of Gift Card is $25.00. This Gift Card does NOT have the ability to add additional funds to it and, it can NOT be used at an ATM or Cirrus/Interlink location 3) The ATM Access Gift Card has the ability to obtain cash from an ATM machine or wherever Interlink/Cirrus is located.The face value of a ATM access Gift Card is limited to a minimum of $25.00 and the maximum value of the Gift Card is $500.00 and any increments in between. The minimum withdrawal of funds from the Gift Card is dependent upon each ATM machine; however, the maximum withdrawal of funds from the Gift Card is $300.00. After purchasing the Gift Card online we will process your order and send your Gift Card to you or the person you want to receive the GiftCards.com™ Visa® Debit Gift Card. Please allow up 2 to 3 business days for delivery via UPS. The GiftCards.com™ Visa® Debit Gift Card can be used anywhere Visa® debit cards are accepted, at millions of locations around the world. Use it at the mall, over the phone and even on the web.

Do you offer a Gift Card platform for companies to sell their own store's specific gift cards anywhere Visa is accepted?

Yes, we can provide you with a complete Gift Card platform that will allow you to offer your very own private labeled Gift Card. We require time to customize and set up all areas of the business to allow a program that is efficient and meets your specific needs. We have several programs; therefore it is necessary to discuss your ideas with a GiftCards.com™ sales associate in an effort to offer you the right program that will fit your needs.

Do you offer a Gift Card platform for online Gift Card programs only?

Yes. we provide what is called an "Closed Loop Online" system which enables you to offer your own branded Gift Card directly through your website, keeping the traffic to you! The result is increased sales and brand marketing. The cost and time to set a program up such as this is very reasonable and takes a short period of time to customize the platform to meet your needs.

Can I reload my GiftCards.com Visa Debit Gift Card?

Depending on the type of Gift Card you selected will determine if you can add funds to the Gift Card. If you purchased a Reloadable & ATM Access Gift Card then you will have the option to add funds to the gift card. You are limited to three reloads per card for the life of the card, which is one year from issue. The minimum value reload per transaction is $25.00 and the maximum reload is $300.00 and any increments in between. *Again, up to 3 reloads only per card. If you have a 'Standard' Gift Card or one of the specialty plastic and greeting card Gift Cards, than NO you can NOT add value to the Gift Card.

Does my GiftCards.com Visa Debit Gift Card have a PIN?

Depending on the type of Gift Card selected will determine if you have a PIN. If you order a ATM Access Gift Card you must obtain a PIN number. The PIN number is given to you when you activate your Gift Card through our toll free line. If you have a 'Standard' Gift Card or one of the specialty plastic and greeting card? Gift Cards, then NO you do NOT need a PIN number. The store clerk simply runs the card through the machine to capture the necessary account information. Most merchants will require a signature at the point of sale.

Does the GiftCards.com Visa Debit Gift Card have an expiration date?

Yes. It expires 24 months from the purchase date, as indicated on the front of the Gift Card.

Where can the GiftCards.com Visa Debit Gift Card be used?

The GiftCards.com™ Visa® Debit Gift Card works at millions of places that accept Visa® debit cards. You can use it in retail stores, gas stations, movie theaters and grocery stores.

Can a GiftCards.com Visa Gift Card be non-personalized/anonymous?

Yes. In place of the first and last name fields you can insert your company name or even the text "Gift Card", this will allow you to have a non personalized Gift Card. Please note, some internet merchants require the name and address that is listed for the Gift Card, therefore, it will be important to ensure that the cardholder is aware of the address listed, otherwise purchases may be declined through the internet.

Will the gift recipient receive a statement?

No. Gift recipients can review their current balance online free of charge through this website. If you wish to review the transaction history of your Gift Card, you need to create an account at www.giftcards.com

How do I get a GiftCards.com Visa Gift Card?

First you need to create a corporate account, once you have activated your account you may log into the the corporate section of GiftCards.com™ and purchase your Gift Cards in bulk. We do allow corporate clients to contact us for phone orders as well through our toll free number.

Do you offer any corporate incentive programs?

Yes, we can assist in setting up a corporate incentive program for you that allows you to purchase Gift Cards in bulk on a continuous basis. In addition, a corporate account will be created for you that will allow you to view invoices, card creations and much more!

What happens if there are still funds available when my GiftCards.com Visa Gift Card expires?

We encourage you to use the entire gift amount before the gift card expires. There's a $5 administrative fee to close out the account, any remaining balance would be returned to the recipient by check within four to six weeks.

How does my GiftCards.com Visa Debit Gift Card work?

The GiftCards.com™ Visa® Debit Gift Card is a prepaid debit Gift Card that lets you or your recipient shop at millions of locations - anywhere Visa® Cards are accepted. It looks like any Visa® Card but because it is a prepaid Gift Card, your spending is limited to the amount of money placed on the Gift Card by the purchaser. Each time you use your Gift Card, the purchase amount is automatically deducted from your Gift Card balance. Before you go shopping, you'll need to know how much money you have available. The merchant cannot tell you how much money you have remaining on the Gift Card. Knowing your balance before you shop will help assure that your Gift Card is accepted. You can check your balance anytime at www.GiftCards.com.

Can I resell the GiftCards.com platform?

Yes, we work with selected resellers to sell our platform to merchants.

Can the GiftCards.com Visa Gift Card ever have a negative balance?

Any authorization request that is greater than the Gift Card's available balance will be declined. However, there can be times when a Visa® merchant puts an item through without prior authorization. If this happens and you exceed your Gift Card's limit, you will be billed for the excess amount, plus applicable service fees. Before making a purchase, and to avoid charges, visit www.giftcards.com to check your account balance.

Can GiftCards.com power my gift card section of my website?

Yes indeed, we have been powering many national brands for years. We take the order, process the payment, ship the card, and protect against fraud. The cards we sell can be your cards given to us on consignment.

Is the GiftCards.com Visa Gift Card a credit card?

No. The GiftCards.com™ Visa® Gift Card is a prepaid Visa® Gift Card that carries a fixed cash amount determined by the giver at the time of purchase. Each time the Gift Card is used, the purchase amount is deducted from the available balance.

What happens if my GiftCards.com Visa Debit Gift Card is lost or stolen?

A replacement Gift Card will be issued and any available balance (less the replaced card fee -- see the Terms and Conditions for current fee) will be transferred to the new Gift Card. As long as the lost or stolen Gift Card is reported immediately, you will not be responsible for any unauthorized merchant charges.

How do I know the balance on my GiftCards.com Visa Gift Card?

You can verify the remaining balance by visiting www.giftcards.com or calling our toll free number (1-877-944-3822) that will be provided on the back of the Visa® Gift Card. Tracking your purchases and returns will help you remember the Gift Card balance. The merchant cannot tell you how much money you have remaining on the Gift Card, knowing your balance before you shop will help assure that your Gift Card is accepted. If you have purchased a "Reloadable & ATM Access" Gift Card you have the ability to check your Gift Card balance through an ATM machine that participates in Cirrus and Interlink. There is a fee for this service of $1.00 per balance inquiry and is automatically deducted from the Gift Card.

Is my name or my recipient's name on the GiftCards.com Visa Debit Gift Card?

You have the option to have the name on the Gift Card or if you choose to have the Gift Card non-personalized you may do that as well. For a non-personalized Gift Card, in place of the first and last name fields you can insert your company name or even the text "Gift Card". In addition, there is a 16-digit number that is embossed onto the Gift Card, which gives the Gift Card its own unique identity. Also, a message field is available for a personalized message, this field is optional, but is included in the fees. The message field allows up to 23 characters for embossing a personal message or a message that we already have available for you, i.e. "Congratulations", "A job Well Done", etc. *Please note, some internet merchants or telephone purchases require the name and address that is listed for the Gift Card, therefore, it will be important to ensure that the cardholder is aware of the address listed otherwise purchases may be declined through the internet or over the phone.

Is there a fee to create a corporate account?

No, there is not a fee to create a corporate account. Once you have signed up for a corporate account you have access to many features such as invoice history, repeat ordering based on past order history, transaction histories of gift cards purchase and much more!

How does a Giftcards.com Visa Debit Gift Card differ from a traditional credit card?

Our prepaid debit Gift Cards are Visa-branded and resemble regular credit and debit cards. The difference: Prepaid debit cards are spending tools that have been funded, in advance, by the card purchaser. If a company or an individual gives someone a GiftCards.com™ Visa® Debit Gift Card they've already applied a fixed amount of funds to the card. Once this amount is completely spent, the recipient can either dispose of the card or retain it as a keepsake of the original gift. By contrast, traditional credit cards are not only for making purchases, but are designed as potential, long-term tools for credit-building and personal financial transactions.

Can I transfer funds from one Gift Card to another?

No, you cannot transfer funds from one Gift Card to another. The only way to add funds to a specific Gift Card is to purchase our Reloadable and ATM Access Gift Card

What form of payment is accepted to purchase a bulk order of GiftCards.com Visa Debit Gift Cards?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX only for online consumer orders. In addition, a check or wire is accepted. Please note when paying with a check for corporate bulk orders we wait 7 business days from the date the check was deposited into our account until we can process the order. Please keep this in mind when ordering your Gift Cards and you need them by a specific date. Wire transfer is recommended for corporate clients, once the funds hit our account and the corporate bulk order agreement is signed and faxed back to GiftCards.com, then the order can be processed and shipped out immediately.

Does the purchaser need to sign an agreement?

Yes, for all corporate bulk orders with 10 or more Gift Cards a corporate bulk order agreement is required to be signed, completed and faxed back to GiftCards.com™ before the order can be processed.

Is there a limit as to how much value the GiftCards.com Visa Debit Gift Card have?

Yes, the minimum face value of a GiftCards.com™ Visa® Debit Gift Card is $25.00 and the maximum face value of the Gift Card is $500.00 and any increments in between.

Can my gift card be completely anonymous?

Yes. In place of the first and last name fields you can insert your company name or even the text "Gift Card", this will allow you to have a non personalized Gift Card. Please note, some internet merchants or telephone purchases require the name and address that is listed for the Gift Card, therefore, it will be important to ensure that the cardholder is aware of the address listed, otherwise purchases may be declined through the internet or over the phone.

What should I do if I'm having trouble purchasing a Gift Card with a Visa card?

Please ensure that all of your billing information is correct first. If you are still having problems with placing your order then contact us at 1-877-944-3822.

Can I cancel an order already placed with GiftCards.com?

For full refund of money Gift Card orders can ONLY be cancelled before we've completed processing. If your order is cancelled after it has been processed the fee for embossing, fulfillment and delivery are deducted from the amount that is credited back to you for the cancellation of the order. Please note, when you are purchasing a GiftCards.com™ Visa® Debit Gift Card you are accepting all terms and conditions of the Gift Card which clearly states that upon cancellation of order.

What is the cost for bulk orders?

Corporate bulk orders are a minimum of 10 gift cards. The total cost for each Gift Card involves the Gift Card denomination, embossing, fulfillment and shipping charges.

How long does it take for a corporate check to clear before the order is processed?

If you are purchasing your gift cards with a check - once the check is received by us and deposited into the bank we have 7 days to wait for the check is cleared before we can process your order. Once processed the order is than shipped out via UPS, which typically takes 2 days for delivery.

How do I order Gift cards in bulk?

To order in bulk quantity you need to sign up for a corporate account. To do so, go to www.giftcards.com and click on \"sign up\" you will have the option to sign up as a corporate or consumer account. Click on \"corporate\". You will then be emailed a link that will activate your account. Once your account is activated you can log in with your username and password and follow the step-by-step instructions to order your gift cards. We also take corporate orders over the phone by calling our toll free number at 877-944-3822 x235.
