GiftCards.com, LLC Formed as Operating Company

GiftCards.com, LLC has been formed as its own operating company today. They were formerly an operating division of Direct Response Technologies, Inc. until January 2006 when Direct Response Technologies, Inc. was sold. DirectSites, Inc. purchased GiftCards.com's operating division at that time and moved to a new building in Foster Plaza, Pittsburgh.
GiftCards.com has continued to grow since its inception in 1999 and the formation as its own operating company coincides with its success. The focus of GiftCards.com is to provide a Visa brand gift card to both corporate clients as well as individual consumers. Jason Wolfe, President and CEO of GiftCards.com, LLC began offering corporate clients gift certificates DirectCertificates.com in 1999, but changed the platform completely to selling a Visa brand gift card in 2003 and has seen only benefits from this move.
"I am happy that GiftCards.com has its own company structure. I believe this will enable GiftCards.com, LLC to haves its own corporate identity. This will help them rally behind the common goal of the company as opposed to being a piece of a larger pie," commented Wolfe.
The future looks bright for GiftCards.com, LLC and with Wolfe at the reigns; the company is in great hands. A visionary that has seen many successes from his bold moves, Wolfe will surely continue to pave the way for gift card sales at GiftCards.com.
